The Open Cave

I crashed out of Ae'gura a while ago, and despite trying, cannot seem to log back in. After the launcher initializes, It gets stuck at "checking for patcher update". I've run the repair tool, and for good measure, also cleared my log in cache. No dice. If I leave it to time itself out, it will eventually tell me "unable to connect to host".

I'm not sure if any of that is useful for the team here, but I'm baffled at this point with a green lighted server status & not being able to log in *scratches head*

In the last weeks, the server seems to not like us... We hve some problems with the server freezing, but we don't know why. Maybe it's an issue with MOSS, maybe it's problem with the database or a problem with the server itself.

The only thing you can do is wait and try again later.
