The Open Cave

After some tribulations, the program now loads properly and seems to function until I hit 'explore' which causes it to crash.
Ideas???

How does it crash? Do you get a stack, a windows message or does it simply freeze?

Well, I made it passed that point but crashing continues to plague my explorations. FYI - no stack messages or error codes - just program ended

Maybe its like a a kid learning to ride a bike...my computer will eventually be able to handle the program - just a few bruises and skinned knees along the way!

I got this error just after hitting Explore so I ran the TOC and C++ 2010 Runtime repair function with no joy, He are the error details Running Vista 32 Bit with defualt TOC installation UAC turned on.

Just to report if anyone else is having this issue. Once all the Runtime and Physx updates have been done uninstall TOC and reinstall.

Well, for the moment I cannot really help you. Do you run in compatibility mode (Win XP and SP3) and as administrator?
