Does TOC MOUL work on XP?
I get the message MSVCP100.dll is missing and as I searched for help it seems that all the solutions take for granted you have windows 7.
I don't. Is there a solution for XP users?

Please install the C++ 2010 Runtime.

Confirmation it does run on Windows XP Pro
