I downloaded the TOC program and tried to run it.

The starting screen came on.
When the words:

"Checking for patcher update"

at the bottom of the screen
a box appeared which said:

UruLauncher.exe has stopped working

Do you know why this happened?

There are one or two people who had the same issue. I have no idea what is causing the problem, I only had that once and a restart fixed it.

If I remember well, I think I made it work by clicking with the right mouse button and entering "as administrator" the first time.
Then, in the successive occasions it was not necessary to do the trick again.

You were right!

I clicked on "run as administrator" and the log in process continued.

I was doing very well - running around the city - and then suddenly the program crashed - stopped - ended.

When I tried to start the program again the log in refused to start.

I had to reboot my computer to be able to play again.

That does happen. It gets better as you go along.

But it's so frustrating!!!
I'm walking along, not doing anything, just walking and suddenly the program crashes.
Why is it so unstable????

Because it is still MOUL. We actually DO make changes but they do not all work at 100%. The city of dimensions is a quite complicated project and there fore quite instable.

It was a long hard fight to get to see your work.

I had to load all the individual programs that are necessary for TOC to operate,
and then I had to learn how to turn on the program and log on.
And then I learned that there is a place called the "City of Dimensions".

After all that work, I finally got the opportunity to see all the work that you have been doing.
I ran all over the entire city and I think I saw everything.

I'm impressed.

(And by the way - I went to the boat three times and the program crashed every time I got close it.)
