The only one which works for me is Descent, all else you've mentioned 'send' me back with a black screen and the message 'xyz district textures prp' not found ... I didn't check the Guild Pubs, but the Watcher's Pub and the others ... I also checked Ae'gura which is still ok ... Will try another re-install tomorrow ... Good night all ... :)

Check if MOULa gave you the correct files by deleting the TOS.txt and starting the launcher.

Deleting the Tos file doesn't give me any files when logging in again, I always have to put them back in and when linking to the above mentioned ages I'm thrown out with the not found message ... I've copied and pasted the whole dat folder manually back in, did the file validation to no avail by now ... :P

Can anyone else confirm this problem?

I double checked. The latest MOULa files should be on the server.

The problem are not the files being not available, they are actually, the problem is, when you log in, check your TOC dat folder, everything is inside, when you then link to one of those ages you get that message not found, and when you look into your folder then, the file is gone ... sth must be happening when linking ... /shrug ... :?

Edit: I just copied again the whole Uru Live dat folder into the TOC directory and even assigned administrator rights, just in case lol (I hate this and normally don't need this) and again no change ... and I just entered the city again to see if there'd still be everything ok and it is, which tells me as a layperson that you solved this same issue in whatever way for Ae'gura ... just sayin' ... :P

Now someone else can do and try sth., you're right Mystler, I'm just helping cause I have the time atm, I don't play this game lol ... :)

Nochmal (again) edit haha: I just sent you my log folder, Mystler, to the developer/Mystler address, maybe you'll find sth, or just delete it if not ... :D

Ok, everyone, I'm through this ... I thought I should delete the TOS file in TOC MOUL, but it was meant to be deleted for UruLIve, which I just did, and there it was, the difference (in the files) ... :P

So, if anyone would encounter similar problems just delete the TOS file in UruLive (Moula), start MOULa to get a fresh update and then copy the 'dat' folder of MOULa (UruLive) to your TOC MOUL directory (or let the TOC Repair tool do this for you) and you're done ... :D

Many Thanks Janaba...It always pays to follow Mystler's Instructions...If you know when to look for them: I had Not....looked or followed, LOL (Original instructions found here http://forums.the-open-cave.net/viewtop ... f=24&t=438).

But I thought I ought to validate your example, so here is my story.

MOULa 1.918 updates had seemed to be working fine for me ( I don't recollect ever deleting the TOS.txt file for that previously)) and TOC-MOUL 2.12 seemed to work fine too (without subject dat fix)....until 6/24/13.

There had been one small TOC-MOUL anomaly, because certain books were disappearing from Takotah Rooftop, which I thought might be a new Bahro trick; so I came online to study the matter and discovered City_District_KadishGallery.prp "Not Found" error in both public and Private cites (Not COD). I rejected the idea of a simple single file swop, because I figured more errors may follow..That drove me to the TOC-MOUL Forum where I found this thread :)

So I made the MOULa 1.918 fix by deleting the MOULa TOS.txt file and logging on; which forced a full MOULa 1.918 update (after saving the old MOULa dat files seperately). After 3 login attemps with errors it worked.

Then I took a copy of the (new) MOULa dat files and placed them in the TOC-MOUL dat folder, (having cleaned out and saved seperately the old TOC-MOUL dat files). I also deleted the TOC-MOUL TOS.txt and attempted to login in (seemed harmless enough experiment, but may be a mistake (??))...expecting to force the full TOC-MOUL 2.12 dat update...and again it took about 3 tries to succeed with the login.

AS I expected, The Green Screen age and the Summer Relto dat files were NOT carried over in this process, nor were they downloaded with the forced update...so I loaded them in manually from saved record, and now they work too :)))

HOWEVER ! I have just carefully tested all TOC-MOUL Public, Private and COD Cities. All but COD still have 9 missing Books on Takotah Rooftop. There is another anomaly.. The "King Shomat" book in TOC-MOUL has No author's name on the cover. The same book in MOULa has Nick's name on the cover. It appears that there is some mixed configurations here, perhaps.....and some stuff not being called in Public and Private Cities. Not sure if its general effect, or just me :(

(edit 1) Just found another anomoly.....the two pieces of Paper on Watson's desk in Takotah rooftop won't lift off the table in COD. They work fine in Public and Private City...(Mcbeam verified all this too...Thanks McBeam !)

(edit 3) Confirmed that the MOULa 1.918 account avie has 9 missing Books on Takotah Rooftop also: So the problem seems to have sourced on MOULa, NOT TOC-MOUL

(edit 2) Checked the other "affected ages" (ref Mystler query above)...Flat Stanley doesn't have Kveer, Myst, to check yet; but GreatTreePub, philRelto, (all) the guild pubs, spyroom, and Descent work fine for him :)

Other avies in MOUL were asking about TOC-MOUL accessibility, so I tried to steer them here, 'to find a way'. Hope this helps..LOL
