I already tested doing what Calroger just wrote here:

TOC MOUL W-A-N-T-S us to watch the movies let me say that

I was talking about regular MOUL not replacing the files actually, but yeah there will be the same result on TOC either way, rename or delete, it wants to put them back. Just like the result of renaming or deleting being the same as each other on regular MOUL, which is to not replace those files.

Since the new update you should be able to delete the intro movies. However, you will have to delete them again because they will be downloaded when the patcher recognizes bigger changes on your data or the next update is released.
