If it say "account not found" then you don't have an account. Either you don't registered correctly or you use a wrong Accountname. You can send me your accountname per PM and I can see if it is registered.

I am getting the error message "Urulauncher.exe has stopped working" as soon as the login window opens and it starts to download the patch. Any ideas, anyone?

Right click the icon and choose entering "as administrator". I did it the first time and it has been working normally ever since.
