If you are using our TOC build then in your log-folder have to be a patcher.0.elf. Internal builds are making a patcher.0.log.

1st) DOWNLOADING TIME

I'm telling you...using the patcher to download approximately 30 Mb today, I had to wait 5 hours straight for 30 Mb to download. There's my PC on 1 side, there's your server on the other side. I'm telling you that EVERYTHING ELSE on the WWW is easily reachable and easily downloadable BUT that 30 Mb that took me 5 hours!

This is not desastrous, this is unbelievable!

2nd) THE LOG FILES

I know where to look, I go in the folder: User/AppData/Local/Uru Live/Log.

I'm seeing a lot of files in that folder: audio.0.elf, avatar.0.elf, LocalizationDataMgr.0.elf, NetScreener.0.elf, pipeline.0.elf, plasmalog.txt, Simulation.0.elf. (I have the same with .1, .2 & .3).<---- all those files are internal built related.

I runned the patcher twice since yesterday, enduring 2 times 5 to 6 hours of wait!

Like I said, I don't have a slight clue where the .... my logs for TOC MOUL goes. They seem to not even be stored somewhere!

Finally after 2 full days...

I've collected some thiny data.

The .elf files ARE the files you are searching. Internal builds are creating .log files. BTW, If you get an email, that this address does not exist, send the data to info (at) the-open-cave (dot) net. In theory the support adrress should redirect to me, but I am not 100% sure if this connection is already established.

We also restarted the server. I don't know if can now load faster... Personally I don't think so.

I beginning to wonder if there's a lock up between my PC and your server because even logging in this forum tonight was long (3 minutes and 2 attempts)????

Annabelle .. I very much respect and like the things You do for us Explorers in within MOULa and
other places or Shards .. It's very Impressive. But why not try and take a little step back?

I too think technical issues are most annoying and have had trouble with the Shards I've installed.
In fact .. Every One of them. And they're still not fail-safe and sometimes just don't start properly.
For me unknown reasons. But hey .. I can Play These for Free! .. Read that again .. FREE!

And I DO believe that the Teams behind these Shards are very helpful and try to solve any technical
issues that occur. And They Do it in their Free Time! Might not always be too much fun, trying to
detect what's wrong in the Coding .. So for my part, I respect these Guys for what they are doing ..

So why not try and meet Half Way? Try accept that Not Everything Is Going To Work Like We Wish.
Just show a little patience .. And if One Shard don't work properly, then You have few a more You
could still visit. For Free!

And btw. My ISP is also a bit unreliable. It just cuts out now and then. But I still have had generally
speaking very few problems in connecting into TOC or this Forum or to the other Shards.
