Re: MSCVR100.dll problem

Ok, an update.
I have made progress.
I noticed some files in my dropbox :
dxwebsetup
PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware
vcredist_x86
so I deleted the problem dll and clicked on each of those files
I chose to repair when I clicked on the vcredist_x86 file as it was already installed.
I then clicked on the TOC MOUL icon on my desktop.
The client appeared and downloaded a 119 MB update.
Then the login screen appeared.
I can't log in.
It's not like the other log in problem I have read on this forum,
I KNOW the email address is correct, I have emails from TOC
I am 99% certain the password is correct as it should be the same as my forum password
and I can check what that is.
I tried retrieve password, but I get the message that there is no email of that address on the database.
I have used the email address I have emails from TOC in, to change my password,
so that address should still work ... right?
Please help (again)
