Running the same graphics settings. Gehn is running in native mode. TOC is running in XP SP3 mode (otherwise it will not start).
I installed TOC Moul on another computer and was still limited to 30 FPS. The login movies run above 1000FPS but as soon as the glimmering TOC banner appears it throttles down to 30FPS.
Could it be related to my login account?
