Log In No Longer Recognizes My ID & Password

Yes, I recopied the SFX folder.

I then tried logging in with new 3rd email address and failed to authenticate. Tried a 2nd time and it allow me in. Set up new Avi.

This morning I tried logging in again and failed to authenticate again. Tried several times, including clearing cache first, still would not authenticate.

Latest email: creekwriter@netzero.com; avi: Ryvyn. KI 00114794.

I am losing hope of ever being able to use TOC.

If you are running Win 7, have you tried using compatibility mode like Cpt. Jericho?

I'm running XP.

P.S. Was able to get in again with new email ID, after failure to authenticate once or twice. Strange.

Today unable to log in with any of the three email ID's. Depressing.

Tried again in the evening. Will not authenticate. : (

Don't know what you've done, but I can link again with native XP mode. Still having that minor issue with the first attempt to enter the password - always telling me it's wrong. Second try fets me in.

This is really confusing.....tonight I was able to log-in after trying several times with different emails, etc. This time it was my first, oldest email ID, with the last (3rd) password, on the second try! Will let you know if that works again tomorrow.

Sounds a bit like the issue I have had the last few weeks. Doesn't accept the password the first time. But pressing the login button again, after the failure message does the trick.

Was able to log-in late last evening, on second try. Is time of day a clue?? Baffling.
