Authentication failed, account inactive or banned

I am trying to log into the game, but I get authentication failed, account inactive or banned. Help?

When I try to log into the account manager, it says that account does not exist. But when I try to make a new account, it says that name is already in use.

I just made a new account and it seems to be working fine so far.
