My Account Not Authenticated

I opened a TOC account using my hotmail address. I never received an authentication Email. When I opened a TOC forum account with my hotmail address I got a message, "address banned", so I changed to my yahoo account and got the authentication for the forum.
How can I get an authentication sent to me?
