Logon? Tickets? Errors?

Not sure where yet we submit tickets for bugs & TOC crash issues yet.

Here is some things I have run into so far.
When I Logon I get a parser error message about syntax not right.

Error parsing graphics.ini
Error in console file C, command line 3: Invalid syntax: command not found:
Command: ‘Graphics,SetFovY 90’
Press OK to continue parsing files.

I have to wonder if this is why I game crash every time I use my Relto book and get one of theses;

I would love to fix the Graphics.ini command line 3 syntax if I knew what to put in or take out to fix it. Sorry for no finding the ticket bug place.

Please open PlasmaShop 3 and Settings-->AppData-->Init-->graphics.ini.
Delete the specific line then.

Ok great! and I can find the Plasmashop 3 file where again? Cause I looked all through my Program files, ran a search and could not find Plasmashop 3 in amoung anything anywhere. and it has a file in it called settings? Or right click for settings?
and to be clear I am to delete this ‘Graphics,SetFovY 90’ line? and this is the file tree route? - - > AppData--> Graphics.ini
I need a bit more info please.

You have to use the tool called PlasmaShop 3 made by Zrax. (Link)
After starting it, set your Game Path to your TOC client (type: Moul). On the left there will be a folder hierarchy now. Browse to Settings-->AppData-->Init-->graphics.ini. In the editor delete the line and save.

Don't know if this is the right place to post this .. but .. would it be an idea to exchange the blanc box on the log-in screen with the text "choose language" ? it would prevent players from overlooking the obvious ( like i did ) . Just a thought

It's not as easy as it sounds. I already explained the technical stuff on another location...But it's not easy to do. But maybe we find another solution.

Furthermore, I think that a text like "Choose Language" is less striking than a blank field.
