Reloaded everything today. Did repair on Windows 10 TOC Startup folder. Was able to sign in: Scrambled!
Someone mentioned I should go into Display Settings and choose another resolution. Went in and changed setting: WORKED PERFECTLY! Reset it to the recommended setting: WORKED PERFECTLY!

Down loaded as normal. Installed all components. Did repair in start up file. Did this twice. Same. Then a scrambled screen, then a continuous rolling connect.
By the way I used TOC for six months without any problem. Same computer. Suddenly this. Everyone I talk to states it is working fine ...

Thank you for your reply. As of reloading TOC, I cannot get past the connecting screen. It just sits there an "connecting" will run forever.
So when you first start up TOC the is a start up that states "connecting'', it will just sit there and the green bar goes and goes and goes. Nothing

I have had flawless usage if TOC the last 6 months, until two days ago. When I go in now the startup screen is scrambled. This starts with the initial graphics.
I have deleted twice and reloaded, done repairs, still the same scrambled screen. Am I locked out?
