I have tried using TOC for the past couple of months, but to no avail. I've done everything suggested here ... set URUexplorer and URUlauncher and PhysX_setup to run as admin. I have a newer computer running Win7 with a fast connection. Although I have no issues running MOULa itself and zip around ...
