Hi. I know the team are working so hard and it is appreciated. Just wish I could manage the whole delete and upload thing more then twice a week, to enable getting online. Looks as though I need to restart again- maybe I should do so and not relog in untilafter the next release?

ok tried toc repair, now missing files and know that the only way forwards is to uninstall then reinstall, my internet access is not fast and this takes several hours to do bboth uru live and toc moula. Mystified as to why it seems to be only happening to me?

Hi, for me it looks like simply deleating/unistalling toc and resetting password is not enough, the only way i can get in is to uninstall uru online and toc, delete the files and reinstall, then i can get online, trouble is after a couple of hours doing the unistall/reinstall, i get online for maybe ...

i have managed to get back into toc, but after crashing it says my password is incorrect, so i reset, but to no avail. Any thoughts (def not caps lock)?

re installed toc, still cant login - sad

it has happened every login attempt since the update, i dont use any other moul clients and i cant run it as an administrator, my husband set the pc up and has forgotten the admin password.
