Yes I got all that by reading the forums before installing. As it turns out I just logged in using my User Name and not an email addy. I find it strnage it not working and then suddenly working with doing the same thing with the same information. Anyway that is mute as I can now log in.

Just to report if anyone else is having this issue. Once all the Runtime and Physx updates have been done uninstall TOC and reinstall.

I got this error just after hitting Explore so I ran the TOC and C++ 2010 Runtime repair function with no joy, He are the error details Running Vista 32 Bit with defualt TOC installation UAC turned on.
